SUPPORT BRIGHT HORIZONS

Resilience Within Reach

Young adults today are coming of age amid uncertainty while finding their way through school, work, relationships, and decisions about the future. Bright Horizons offers a six-day experience of guided learning, reflection, coaching, and restorative care. Your gift helps more young adults take part through scholarship support.

Support at a pivotal time

Young adults are coming of age amid economic instability, climate change, war, and deep social division, while also finding their way through school, work, relationships, and decisions about the future. These pressures can take a toll.

In 2025, nearly three in ten U.S. adults ages 18 to 25 experienced a mental illness. Many more face stress, isolation, or uncertainty without a diagnosis. Support at this stage can help young adults understand what they are facing and approach the future with greater direction and hope.

Six days to reflect and grow

Created by Anthropedia in partnership with Ben’s Bright Horizons Foundation, the Bright Horizons Program offers young adults ages 18 to 25 six days of guided learning, personal reflection, coaching, and restorative care.

Participants have space to explore their strengths, habits, values, and relationships, and to practice responding to challenges with greater awareness.

“At the beginning of the program, I was given permission to let go of the things that I was worried about and who I thought I should be. Towards the end of the program, I finally gave myself permission to do these things too…”

Your Support is Essential

Cost should not determine whether a young adult can take part. Your gift helps provide scholarship support so that more young adults can access Bright Horizons.

Thank you for helping make this experience possible.
